My approach to weight loss and phyical fitness is different than most personal trainers.


I believe that in order to find lasting change, one must not only change their habits but they must change their mindset. 


When you work with me as your weight loss and fitness coach we will approach things from two different angles.


First, we will address your activity and caloric needs. I will help you to come up with a customized exercise and diet plan that meets your needs and current level.


Next, we will address your mental game. We will start to look at the mental road blocks that keep you stuck. These road blocks include self sabatoge, binge/restrict, body image and limiting beliefs.

  • Calorie and protein calculations
  • Work-outs
  • Tracking spreadsheets for your calories, protein, steps, weight and other goals
  • Weekly check in's with me to address the mental game and review/update your weekly plan.
